About The Project.
Lingkaran is a Learning Management System which is currently quite well known because it collaborates with the Indonesian government program, namely Prakerja. Various features are available ranging from video, audio, quizzes, submissions and learning certificates.
The Challenge.
On this platform, we have to ensure that the voucher code redeem feature from pre-employment continues to function properly because traffic is quite high at certain times. Considering that the Pre-Employment program is attended by more than 1 million people in Indonesia. Users of various ages ranging from young to old also access this platform to learn, we have to display an interface that is easy to use and not confusing for users.
The Solution.
Displaying information clearly and simple feature interactions can increase users' success in achieving their goals. Users are presented with a display and experience that we feel is sufficient to accompany them in studying the course comfortably.
Takeaways.
Learning applications are accessed by a variety of users, ranging from various ages, platforms, times and locations. We tries to achieve user goals well and without obstacles in accessing courses or learning media easily.
