E-COMMERCE PLATFORM FOR USED GOODS.

About The Project.

Lajoe was created as an initial project and innovative product by Elemes Group. Lajoe was created as a digital business in Indonesia for curated secondhand goods. Every day, we offer thousands of free items, giving everyone a chance to find what they need without cost. We carefully select and distribute these items from our network, known as Pelajoe, directly to the public and through our extensive network of Lajoe Distribution Partners across Indonesia. Our mission is to promote sustainability and accessibility by ensuring high-quality secondhand goods reach those who can benefit from them the most.

About The Project.

The Challenge.

Many Indonesian households accumulate unused items, which could be worth millions of rupiah if properly utilized. These items often sit idle, taking up space and losing their potential value. By tapping into this hidden wealth, we can promote a more sustainable and efficient use of resources, turning household clutter into valuable assets.t

The Challenge.

The Solution.

Lajoe.id specializes in the recirculation, resale, and recycling of unused household items. We partner with leading logistics companies to collect these items from both households and businesses, ensuring a seamless process. Once collected, we distribute the items through our robust online and offline platforms, making them accessible to individuals in need. Our services not only help declutter homes and offices but also contribute to a circular economy, reducing waste and promoting sustainability. By integrating logistics and technology, we provide a reliable solution for repurposing unused items, benefiting both the environment and the community.

Takeaways.

The marketing campaigns for the brand and platform has significantly affected the sales results of second-hand goods to users. Lajoe received positive feedback from suppliers but struggled to distribute these items to the right people. It turns out that aggressive marketing efforts are needed in the early stages of the product launch to increase user awareness of the brand and product.
