About The Project.
Bestee Platform is an integrated platform for monitoring Bank BTPN Syariah's customer assistance and empowerment activities. Elemes began to complete cooperation as a vendor in September 2021 and succeeded in extending the work contract until 2024. The Bestee Platform consists of Web Admin, Web Facilitator, Web Mentor, App Kita Bestee (Facilitator) & App BesteeKu (Customer Learning).
The Challenge.
BTPN Syariah customers are spread throughout Indonesia, so it is not uncommon to find customers' residences where there is no good internet connection. How can the mentoring platform remain optimally used in this situation?
The Solution.
We designed the application to be accessible by customers offline (without an internet connection) so they can still enjoy the learning material. Likewise with the geotagging feature in the Kita Bestee application for accompanying facilitators which can be used offline.
Takeaways.
There are still many users who are not yet literate in the digital era. We know that research is very important because not all users are the same. Looking for the best of the best solutions must be done so that all users can achieve their goals in using the application.
